Returns Policy

At CEENE, we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is crafted with care, and we take pride in delivering high-quality products. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go quite as planned.

As a small business, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully and feel free to reach out before ordering if you have any questions about a product. We're happy to help!

Faulty items

We thoroughly check all items before dispatch, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty product, please contact us at hello@ceene.co within 10 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • A brief description of the fault
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once we’ve reviewed the information, we’ll offer a solution. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Please note:

  • Faults caused by misuse or damage after delivery are not considered manufacturing faults.
  • All returns must be clean and in their original condition and packaging.
  • In some cases, we may request the item to be returned before a resolution is processed.
