- Colours may appear differently on screens
- Because our candles are individually hand-poured, slight variations and cosmetic imperfections are normal and part of their character
- Product details may change without notice
- Stock may be limited or delayed
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or alternative.

CEENE is not liable for delays caused by:

- Incorrect addresses

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded.

We may offer returns at our discretion. Items must be:

- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days with photos.
If approved, we may provide:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:
- Used products
- Items damaged through misuse
These rights are in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

12. CANDLE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

By purchasing CEENE candles, you agree to follow all safety guidelines.
GENERAL USE
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep candles away from children and pets
- Burn candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keep candles at least 10cm apart
BURNING INSTRUCTIONS
- Trim the wick to 5mm before each use
- Allow the wax to melt to the edges on the first burn
- Do not burn for more than 3-4 hours at a time
- Keep the wax pool free of debris
PLACEMENT AND ENVIRONMENT
- Keep candles away from drafts, fans, and airflow
- Do not place candles near flammable materials
- Do not move candles while lit or when the wax is hot
EXTINGUISHING
- Use a snuffer or dip the wick into melted wax
- Do not use water to extinguish
CONTAINER SAFETY
- Stop burning when 10mm of wax remains
- Discontinue use if the container cracks or becomes damaged
STORAGE
- Store candles in a cool, dry place away from sunlight
RISK AND LIABILITY
Failure to follow these safety guidelines may result in fire, injury, or damage. CEENE is not liable for damage arising from misuse or failure to follow these instructions.
