RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. RETURNS POLICY

At CEENE, we want you to love your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you change your mind, receive a damaged item, or feel something isn't quite right. We may offer a refund, exchange, or store credit.

CHANGE OF MIND

We may offer returns at our discretion. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Contact us within 7 days with photos.
If approved, we may provide:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Store credit

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it at no cost.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged through misuse

To be eligible:

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or e-receipt) is required
  • Sale, clearance, or "final-sale" items may not be returnable

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

2. How to make a return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Our team will consider this carefully
  3. Follow the instructions we send for returning your item
  4. Send your item back using the provided label or ship at your cost (unless otherwise stated)
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange

3. Consumer Guarantees & Faulty Items

Under local consumer law, you’re entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, or does not match its description.

  • If your item is defective or arrives damaged:
    Please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details
  • We’ll arrange for a return and offer a refund, or exchange, where appropriate
